Bloom Wellness Coaching was created from Amy Howland’s passion for helping women navigate menopause with confidence, balance, and encouragement. From the beginning, Amy wanted her brand to reflect the belief that we can all bloom where we are planted — regardless of the season or challenges we may be facing.
Together, we developed a welcoming and uplifting brand identity inspired by growth, wellness, and encouragement. Our collaboration included a complete branding suite, brand photography, a custom website, and ongoing graphic design support including print materials, social media graphics, flyers, and more. Every element was intentionally created to help Bloom Wellness Coaching connect with women in an authentic and meaningful way.
One of the most meaningful parts of this project was watching Amy bloom as a business owner herself. As her business evolved through different seasons, she remained deeply rooted in her mission while expanding her services to support a local nonprofit serving vulnerable young adults aging out of foster care. Through wellness coaching, cooking classes, meal prep education, and practical wellness guidance, Amy now helps young women build healthy and sustainable habits for everyday life.
The final result is a brand that feels warm, hopeful, and empowering — beautifully reflecting Amy’s heart for helping women flourish in every stage of life.
